Manage all your report and get AI analysis through Client Livenpace which works with Windows and macOS.

Please download the software Livenpace for MacOS & Windows and install the software, connect the device to your PC or laptop with the power/data cable, and run the software. It will automatically connect to the device and synchronize time.

Recharge the HHM1 device

Charge this device with the USB clip directly to your computer or with a DC 5V,1A adapter for 2-3 hours. The LED indicator shows orange light during the recharge, when the recharge is accomplished, the LED indicator will turn to green color. (Note: The power adaptor is not included in the package)

AI Analysie report

HHM1 is intended only for general wellness use, Livenpace AI analysis system supports the analysis of 17 types of events. You will need to subscribe to get the AI analysis report, but the client Livenpace is free to use, it does not require a monthly subscription fee.

Put on HHM1 device

Attach the device to the chest strap. Moisturize the skin with water or water-based lotion on the contact area, and put the device across the front of the chest just below your pectoral (chest) muscles. Adjust the strap so that it wraps around tightly yet comfortably. The device will automatically stop recording and enter standby mode one minute after it is taken off. Please do not use the device during exercise.

Attach HHM1 device

Remove the body hair and moisturize the skin of the contact area. Apply the device to the left chest. The “R” symbol is rightward, and the other end is leftward and 45° lower than the horizontal level.
