Add 1 ounce of our Recovery Ritual salt blend to warm water filled 3/4s of the way in your sitz. Allow a few minutes for the mixture to dissolve and aromatics to steep before using. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, and add more warm water as needed.Whichever method you use, always make sure the water temperature is comfortable.

Fill your tub 3-4 inches high with warm water. Add 4 ounces of our Recovery Ritual salt blend. Give it a few minutes to dissolve + steep before using. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, and add more warm water as needed.Whichever method you use, always make sure the water temperature is comfortable.
