This thing is amazing. It will tone you up if you stick with it. And if you hate the whole gym culture, then this is for you. You will feel the same burn as you would from weights.

This is an extremely stiff and difficult item, even in the lowest 40lb setting for beginners. Purchased as a gift for two young men in their tweens but none of the adults could crunch it either. I would have returned, except for the fact that young men were so excited to get something that they would be able to work on their muscles even though I don't see how because nobody could bend it but for 20 bucks it's not a terrible loss financially and in their excitement, they're going to keep trying.
