Why are infant probes not included in the package?
We have a total of 2 products, one is a device + an adult probe; the other is a device + an adult probe + a infant probe. Please choose according to actual needs.
The device keeps beeping/alarming all the time, very noisy, what should I do?
1.When the pulse sounds, press “PULSE” button to turn off. Press again to turn on when needed.
2.When alarms, press the mute button in the lower left corner to turn off. When you need the alarm sound again, press again to turn it on.
Unable to charge via base.
There is a magnetic connection between the device and the base. This may be because the magnet has been displaced. Take the magnet off and put it back on again. Just try charging again.
Unable to record for an entire night
Since device can only store 300 sets of data per user, when you need to measure the data of the whole night, please set “MENU RETURN” – “Record Mode” to “Trend 05M” or even longer. That means, data is recorded every five minutes.
Why is it lower than the set value but there is no alarm?
The possible causes: 1. Turn the mute mode on. Confirm whether the mute is turned on by whether there is a mute sign on the left side of the screen. 2. SpO2 and PR is turned off in “Alarm Setting”. 2. “Alarm Volume> is set too low to be heard.
