You may have set a delay. To remove it, follow these steps: Step1.Open button settings. Step2. Click “Delay time” and set it to “0”. Step3. Press “Sure”, then “Save” to confirm. Step4. The receiver will ring immediately after that.
Is there a monthly fee for using the app notifications?
No, there is no monthly fee for receiving notifications through the Tuya Smart app. However, if you require SMS or phone call notifications, additional subscriptions may be necessary.
How do I enable 2.4GHz WiFi for my caregiver call system?
