Where is my charging cord?

Hollywog services a broad customer base, and decides to maintain the current design, first introduced in 2012. The battery compatibility and output necessary to control the device is best suited with AAA batteries similar to those provided.

How long do the Gel Pads last?

Adhesion the the skin is determined by the body’s pH, skin type and oils. On average, the gel pads last from 2-5+ applications. The device can safely be worn for as long as you choose, and for an unlimited number of treatments.

Can I control this Newer PRO model with my Aleve Direct Therapy Remote?

YES! This technology is still built into the PRO device. Please contact Hollywog directly for further guidance & Syncing instruction. (To minimize confusion among shoppers, remote instruction is not included here).

How do I know if the WiTouch PRO is right for me?

Adhesion depends on skin type, oils, and pH levels GEL PAD APPLICATION: Adhere to your WiTouch Pro, use for 2-5+ Applications

Clean Black Electrode Surface with a damp cloth prior to application. Replace when they are no longer sticky.

Follow these steps to apply:

Remove Two-piece liner from the side being applied to the Electrode area. The Blue Two-piece liner can be discarded. DO NOT remove the One-piece protective linerAlign the shape of the first Gel Pad with the Electrode area. Apply the Gel Pad onto the electrode area and firmly press across the entire surface to ensure good adhesion, and remove any Air Bubbles.
